- Flight or Transportation Information.

Receipts: No duplicates, reprinted or photocopied receipts will be accepted. Emailed receipts are only acceptable as supplements for online orders.*
Receipts must be from our Participating Stores.*
A minimum of $12 in Texas sales tax per store location is required*
Multiple receipts from the same store location can be grouped together to make up the $12 minimum of Texas sales tax.*
Items must be purchased within 30 days of departure.*

Please Note:
If processing at an airport: Visit TaxFree Shopping PRIOR to checking your luggage.
A TaxFree Shopping representative must visually see the merchandise and the original sales receipts.
Purchases must be shipped internationally or taken with you when you depart Texas and the U.S.A.
*Purchased Merchandise must be new and unused prior to export per Texas State law.
*Items being EXPORTED out of the country are the only items eligible for Texas sales tax refunds.
*Online purchases are accepted with original packing slip/invoice inside the package. Please see FAQ for more information regarding online purchases.
*Tracking information may be required to prove items were not in customer’s possession more than 30 days prior to departure from Texas.
